Our home was in escrow, arrangements were made with the senior care facility, and there was a lot of emotion tied to this sale. You were gracious and professional, and you dealt with us honestly and openly from the first time we spoke, all the way through to the completion of the sale. I was the primary contact and I wasn’t local. You were wonderful about calling me and keeping me posted on challenges and successes. I felt as though we were your only client, even though I knew you had a booked calendar! Our circumstances were unique: we had a short timeline, and although the sale was small, the calendar made it more challenging than most because aside from the escrow closing, we were also fighting against winter weather. The weekend of the sale brought rain and snow, yet you plugged along and had a successful Day One. Day Two brought even more snow, and you made room for us in your calendar to postpone the sale to another time. While this type of thing doesn’t usually happen too many times in one family, I wouldn’t hesitate to call on you again if the need arose.
