Annie and her team did an excellent job at my mother's estate sale, from our initial contact to answering questions throughout the process to the final report of what sold. They were very professional, with a contract, licensing, and insurance, which made me feel comfortable knowing that my parents' belongings were in good hands and would go to good homes.

One of our main priorities was to keep as much out of the landfill as possible. Annie took this as a personal challenge and looked for charities that would pick up items from the house after the sale. When that didn't work out, she suggested that we have a free day where anyone in the community could come and take leftover items from the sale. Had items on hold at their estate sale and when I came back 5 mins later, it was sold. Very unprofessional.  Needs more staffing.  Make sure to hold onto your items and don’t use the hold table.

Annie’s attic is the best! Happy the dog may or may not greet you at the door. Annie is so fun and love to give great deals and listen to awesome music!  Pricing is great!
