Meet the Owner
For a quarter-century, Nevada County has been the cherished home of Annie and her family. It was here, fueled by the encouragement she received while apprenticing at an LA estate sale company/auctioneer that Annie took the leap and launched her own venture: Annie's Attic Estate Sale's Company.
Driven by a lifelong immersion in the world of art and antiques – thanks to her mother's own career as an antique dealer – and armed with the experience gleaned from her previous work, Annie embarked on a journey to help families navigate the emotional and logistical complexities of estate sales.
But Annie's story extends far beyond the realm of business. When she's not meticulously organizing and appraising treasures, you'll likely find her exploring the scenic backroads and trails of the Sierras, the wind whipping through her hair as she rides her trusty steed, Rosie.
When I first heard my house sold to someone who was in a hurry to move in. I thought it would be impossible to get rid of all the contents in 30 days. But with Annie’s help and expertise we got it done. Her amazing crew put on an estate sale and hauled away any unsold items. If you want someone with the whole package call Annie!
