A few factors go into readying the estate for a sale. It’s best to have a free onsite consultation to give a more accurate estimation of time.

Most estates can be sorted, staged, priced and marketed within a week.

With over 40 years of combined experience, we have expertise in the fields of:

• Antique, modern and contemporary furnishings.
• Pottery, porcelain, glassware and fine china.
• Silver and Sterling Silver
• Fine Art, sculpture and prints.
• General household goods and sports equipment.
• Vintage and modern designer fashion.
• Fine and costume jewelry.

Every estate sale is different and it all depends on what “you” need us to do?

If you want us to coordinate a clear out, we can manage the process, leaving your estate broom swept clean.

We advise clients not to throw anything away until they have met with us.  We call this our “trash to treasures” moment. It’s insightful for our clients to realize the value in mundane items they would have otherwise donated or thrown away. Think of it in terms of, anything you buy at a store can be sold at an estate sale. It’s our job to realize the value in anything that can generate money for the estate.

At Annie's Attic, we offer free evaluations to help you assess the potential value of your belongings. In many cases, we've helped clients realize their net proceeds from the sale could cover the entire cost of clearing out and hauling away items, leaving them with a clean slate and no upfront expenses.

But it's not just about saving you money: it's about saving the planet! We're passionate about keeping our landfills free of reusable and recyclable items. By choosing Annie's Attic, you're not just getting a great deal, you're also supporting a greener future.

Annie’s Attic Estate Sales charges a commission on what we sell.  Depending upon the volume, value and work needed to ready the estate, our commission varies.
